Itinerary
Upon arrival at Zvartnots International Airport, you will be welcomed by our team and transferred to your hotel in Yerevan for check-in. Enjoy a restful evening. Overnight stay in Yerevan.
After breakfast at the hotel, embark on a city tour of Yerevan. The tour includes visits to the Mother Armenia Monument, the modern art-filled Cascade Complex, the iconic Opera House, and the vibrant Vernissage Market where you can find unique handicrafts and souvenirs. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Yerevan.
After breakfast, depart to Lake Sevan, the largest lake in the Caucasus, and visit Sevanavank Monastery perched on a hill overlooking the water. Proceed to the mountain resort of Tsaghkadzor, where you can ride the ropeway and visit Kecharis Monastery. In the afternoon, explore Dilijan, often referred to as the 'Armenian Switzerland.' Visit Parz Lake, the peaceful Haghartsin Monastery nestled in the forest, and stroll through Old Dilijan Street with its traditional architecture. Return to Yerevan for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, head toward the Armenian Alphabet Monument, where each letter is sculpted in stone. Visit Chir’s House, a charming stop featuring organic strawberry greenhouses, mushroom cultivation, and a restaurant serving traditional dishes. Children can enjoy interacting with rabbits and parrots. Continue to the region of Mount Aragats and visit Saghmosavank Monastery, perched above the Kasagh Gorge. Return to Yerevan for an overnight stay.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before heading out to visit Garni Pagan Temple, the only surviving Greco-Roman colonnaded building in the former Soviet Union. Stop by the Arch of Charents for a scenic view of Mount Ararat. Continue to Geghard Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site partially carved into the mountain. Admire the stunning Symphony of Stones in the nearby gorge before returning to Yerevan. Overnight stay in Yerevan.
